30-day returns
Not the right fit? You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Email info@rizcorps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item(s) to.
- Please don't send items back before contacting us, as we can't accept returns without instructions.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability. Check our Size Guide first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email info@rizcorps.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
